Union University's Marcus Dean is currently ranked second in the nation
among Division II schools after his performance in the men's triple jump
at the Christopher Newport University Holiday Open on Sunday, December
4.Dean, a freshman from Chesapeake, Va., set a school record in the triple jump with a leap of 14.58 meters, landing him in second place overall and made him a provisional qualifier for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championshps.
