VSU'S KRISTEN MOORE NAMED CIAA EASTERN DIVISION ROOKIE BOWLER OF THE MONTH Jim S. Junot 03/17/10 Virginia State University's Kristen Moore, a freshman from Midlothian, Va., has been named the CIAA Eastern Division Bowling Rookie of the Month, the CIAA announced on March 16. Moore, who attended Manchester High School in Richmond, Va., averaged 175 pins per game during the CIAA Eastern Division Meet III, held March 5-7 in Laurel, Md. The 5-9 freshman also bowled a high score of 202 during the meet. VSU's bowling team next competes in the CIAA Bowling Championships, to be held March 20-22 in Durham, N.C.
