(UNC-System): Joint School Nanoscience and
Nanoengineering
Greetings,
You are my
representative and a member of the
Public Hearing Appropriations Panel
and I hope to see you there. NC A&T
received 107 million dollars in appropriations
and worked to pumped 57 million Research dollars
into the GNBO community without the JSNN/
Gateway. I plan to push the issue, locally,
state wide, and nationally, hope you will get on
board. |

The North Carolina High School Athletic Association Out
Door Track & Field Championships are back in the house at the
North
Carolina A&T's Ervin Beck Track located at Aggie Stadium
in Greensboro, NC. Friday's action witness State wide
Championship competition between the IA High Schools.
Saturday's 2A High School meet opens with the field events at 10
AM with track finals are scheduled to commence around 1:30 pm .
Small admission charged.

NCAA
D II and CBS COLLEGE SPORTS ANNOUNCE 2010 TELEVISION PACKAGE
The Elizabeth City State Vikings and
Virginia State Trojans 2010 football matchup Thursday October
14th in Petersburg, VA will be telecasted on the CBS College
Sports Network. The CIAA Squads will participate in the NCAA
Division II CBS College Sports Network 2010 football six-game TV
package.In
2009 the ( 3-2) Trojans shocked the defend CIAA Eastern division
champions ( 3-1) Vikings 23 to 10 in Petersburg, VA on Oct. 03
before 8000 CIAA Fans. The win returned Virginia State to
contention for the 2009 Eastern Division Championship which was
eventually determined by three way coin flips between the
squads and the Bowie State Bulldogs |

:The Legacy of Champions Foundation, an organization
designed to provide structured programs of opportunity focusing
on athletic, educational, health and social development of
females HELD a free clinic teaching basic basketball concepts
and skills to female athletes at the Garner Road YMCA in
Raleigh, N.C. this past Saturday, coached by 2001-05 CIAA
Women's basketball Champion and defending NCAA D2 South Atlantic
Region Women's Basketball Champion coach Shaw University
